WOOTYAY

Wootyay, a word created by fusing the words "woot" and "yay"
Wootyay refers to the joy felt by a person, or can just be said for fun.

Example of Usage

EG 1.
Class leader: TEACHER IS ABSENT TODAY!
Class: WOOTYAY!

EG 2.

"Mok Fall down!!"
"WOOTYAY!"

EG 3.

Laywer: Your honor, my client would like to....
Jury: WOOTYAY!
