1. How can 5 people divide 5 donuts so that each gets one donut and have one donut left on the plate?

Everyone must eat one donut each

Actually it was just that 4 people eat a donut each hence 1 donut is left, then the 5th person eats the last donut and hence everyone has eaten 1 donut each.
